Thank you for your interest in vending at the 4 th Annual Nápt Tananáwit, Láxs Níšayčt -Two Cultures, One Community Powwow (TCOC) to be held February 26-28, 2027, at the Pendleton Convention Center in Pendleton, Oregon.
Vendor Registration Deadline: Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Indoor Western & Indigenous Craft Vendors

Indoor Spaces are 8’x8’ with a fee of $250 + $10 fee for online payment

If you go over the taped lines, a $100 fee will be assessed and due immediately. If not paid, you will not be considered for future events.

We will provide 1 table and chair. Electrical access is extremely limited.

Spaces are advertised ahead of the event. Absolutely no selling, switching, or gifting of assigned spaces. If you leave mid-event, no refunds will be given.
Indigenous vendors will be asked to show proof of enrollment in compliance with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990.
Outdoor Food Vendors

NO POWER; all food vendors must supply their own electrical generators.

The fee for food vendors is $350 + $10 fee for online payment.

Spaces are advertised ahead of the event. Absolutely no selling, switching, or gifting of assigned spaces. If you leave mid-event, no refunds will be given.

Outdoor food vendors are expected to assist with trash control of the seating area.
All vendors must register using the TCOC website form below, no exceptions. Vendors are selected by committee. If selected, you will receive an email invoice with online payment instructions due 12/31/2026. If payment is not received by 12/31, space will be offered to another vendor immediately. Vendors will be advertised on our website, social media, and broadcast beginning in January 2027.
