2026 TCOC Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at the 3rd Annual Nápt Tananáwit, Láxs Níšayčt - Two Cultures One Community Powwow (TCOC) to be held February 27, 28 - March 1, 2026 at the Pendleton Convention Center (Pendleton, Oregon). 

  • Vendor Application Deadline is Friday, 11/21/25. Applications will close on this day. The TCOC Committee will vote and approve vendors in the last week of November. If selected, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Thank you.

  • This form must be filled out completely and submitted to the Two Cultures One Community Powwow committee. 

  • Upon receipt of the application, it will be reviewed by the committee.

  • If selected, you will receive a Vendor Approval Letter with instructions for sending in your payment.

Indoor Vendors for Arts, Crafts & Apparel 

  • Indoor Spaces are 10’x10’ with a fee of $250

  • We will provide 1 table

  • All Vendors will be selected by the TCOC Committee

  • Vendor spaces will be assigned by the committee

Outdoor Food Vendors

  • Will be required to supply their own power

  • The fee for food vendors is $350.00 

  • There is an extremely limited number of outdoor food vending spaces
